Lateness

• If you are running late for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

• If you are 15 minutes late, event is running over or you haven’t opened up the facilities for us, please be advised there will be a £10 late fee which must be paid on arrival. If you are over 45 minutes late, you run the risk of your booking being cancelled and your payment being forfeited.

Sickness

• If you or those booking under your name have any COVID-19/Flu symptoms or feel sick (e.g coughing, sneezing, vomiting etc. not including hay fever/allergies) please refrain from booking until you/they are fully recovered. If you notice the symptoms after confirming the booking, please notify us as soon as possible. so we can reschedule within the next month. If you come to the booking showing these symptoms without informing us, we’d have to cancel the booking and your retainer won’t be refunded. You will need to book again once fully recovered.

Covid-19 Lockdown

• All rescheduled bookings due to COVID-19 Government enforced lockdown are subject to availability. In the event that we’re not available, 50% of the retainer will be refunded.

 

• For wedding booking clients, you may reschedule within the year or the following year.

Allergies

• If there are any brands, products or ingredients that you or anyone booked under your name are allergic to, please notify me when booking to avoid any reactions.

Weather

• If you choose to have an outdoor event and it rains, we will not be refunding any of the money if you do not cancel at least 21 days in advance.

 

• In this case we’d allow for a new location free of charge

 

• Having balloons outside in the rain or sun they do tend to pop uncontrollably, so if you decide to have them outside that is at your own risk but we’ll secure them as tight as possible.

Social Media

  • Pictures and videos may be taken during and after the service is complete

  • ​These images may be uploaded onto the Jollystouch_ Instagram page for content/promotional purposes. If you wish to not have any images taken or just uploaded, please inform us before the service begins.

  •  You may not leave a review, but we’d appreciate you tagging us in the work we’ve done for you and sharing with friends and family
